The starting point

When Asa and I started working together, she was running a small but successful movement studio in Hong Kong. She had a loyal client base and strong word-of-mouth. But — no website, and everything behind the scenes was manual: class bookings through group WhatsApps, payments via individual bank transfers, admin constant. At the same time, she had a much bigger vision: to grow Yogance beyond its local roots and into a brand that could resonate internationally. She needed a brand, a website, and proper systems that could support both.
